FOR DETAILS SPECIFIC TO LOCATION (TIMES, DAYS ETC,) PLEASE CLICK ON ONE OF THE LINKS BELOW FOR THE NFL FLAG FOOTBALL LOCATION YOU ARE INTERESTED IN.
Note: We strive to create sufficient numbers in each location to keep all games at that location between teams in that location. There is a possibility that in order to field sufficient teams with good game rotation that teams may be scheduled up to 2 games at a different field (I.E. A team in Martinez may play a team in Walnut Creek for a game.) These travel games are kept to 2 maximum and are scheduled to make the season the best experience for your player.
NFL Flag Football is an exciting, fun filled, high scoring game of “5 on 5” football. Our league is non competitive with emphasis on individual skill development, teamwork, character building and most importantly… FUN.

1) There are no mid week practices in this "family schedule friendly" program. Practices are 1/2 hour before each game for ages 8 and under and 1 hour before the 1 hour game for ages 9 and up.
2) Divisions are divided age appropiately and are dependent on numbers / ages of players registered.
Examples of divisions are: 4-6years
However there can be variations to these divisions depending final numbers, however they are always age appropiate.
Younger Divisions (Ages 4 to approximately 7) are Coach Quarterbacked, skills developmental divisions.
Older players (ages approx. 8 and up) divisions are player quarterbacked regular play divisions.
3) Yes! We accept team mate requests as long as team mates are in the same age division.
Teammate requests of 4 or more need to have a coach volunteer from the requested players.
Each location requires an on site league administrator and at least two referees. Details of duties and compensation / discounts are included below:
On Site League Administrator: Will serve as league representative at a location. Duties include: field set up, directing teams to fields, serving as liason between coaches, parents and league, maintain and enforce league rules of behavior, refereeing games and field take down.
This position, while highly important is not labor intensive or highly demanding. Set up and take down of fields is generally a 5 minute process of setting out cones. Then primary function is to serve as a referee for games while being the league representative for any issues or questions that may arise. It does however require a mature, problem solver with ability to make decisions and be in a position of authority. Our games and atmosphere are family friendly and fun and this person is responsible for ensuring that goal is maintained.
Over the course of a season it can be expected to entail approximately 21 hours of service.
1) Full rebate of registration fees at end of season
2) $12 per hour of scheduled time. (generally 3 hours per week)
Will run games according to league rules and standards with focus on education and fun. Easy work for someone with basic football knowledge and friendly outgoing personality. Minimum High School age with football experience.
Compensation: $10 per hour game.
